Koni Wines  is a business in the wine industry of South Africa and sells wine to clients all over South Africa and other parts of the world.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 working day and delivery confirmed by courier service by way of waybill number.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is currently available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Koni Wines is subject to availability. In the event that Koni Wines does not have stock of certain items available
a similar substitute will be made (as determined by Koni Wines). In cases where no similar substitute is available,  Koni Wines will contact the client within 30 days to arrange a refund or client directed substitute. Product photos are representative and may not reflect the exact product delivered.
Cancellation of orders by the client prior to shipping will attract a 10% administration fee.  Orders that have already been shipped may not be returned and will not be refunded.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Koni Wines shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
7, Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Koni Wines via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.
PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users
may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Koni Wines separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9 Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10 Responsibility
Koni Wines takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support,
dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11 Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Koni Wines chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement,
whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature .
12 Variation
Koni Wines may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

15. Warranties/Guarantees
Koni Wines does not warrant to the Customer that the goods are fit for the purpose sold and/or are free from any defects whether latent or patent.
Wherever possible, Koni Wines will endeavour to pass on the benefit of any manufacturer’s guarantee but apart therefrom there shall be no liability whatsoever
attaching to the Company in respect of goods sold to the Customer. Under no circumstances shall Koni Wines be liable for any consequential loss whatsoever.
15.2 Return of goods
Koni Wines shall under no circumstances be obliged to accept the return of any goods from the Customer for any reason whatsoever.
Should any goods be returned, this will be at the sole and entire discretion of the Company and a handling charge equal to 10% of the
invoice price shall be payable by the Customer to the Company in respect thereof.
